In 1965 the Club purchased Low North Camp, an ex-Army camp in the North York Moors and have created a top class venue with a high reputation for Trials and Motocross, now known as Low North Park.

Historical Hystericals : One fine Saturday afternoon, Trials Clerk of the Course, Peter Race was creating sections in the river valley on the club's land in readiness for the Trial to be held on the Sunday. After a while he heard human voices amongst the birdsong and glancing up was amazed to see a large party of walkers, naked save their hiking boots and knapsacks! After a discussion about their route, they moved on down the valley unaware of Peter's presence and disappeared from sight. Rumour has it that the section was marked with 60 flags instead of the usual 10 or 20. Naturist Ramblers eh? I bet they keep clear of Nettles and Gorse!
