*Membership Liability – In consideration of the privilege of the use of Low North Park for Motorcycle riding. I agree to save & keep harmless the Scarborough & District Motorcycle Club Ltd., together with the directors, officials & other members from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demanda in respect of health & injury howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with my use of Low North Park, Harwood Dale. Notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to, or occasioned by, the said motor club, its officials, servants or representatives.
